Tim has worked at some of the finest hotels in Torbay.
Tim started training at the Redcliffe hotel Paignton, before moving on to the Palace hotel Torquay, then to Gleneagles Torquay before moving to Cheltenham to work as a sous chef for Mercure.
Tim then returned to Torbay to set up The Secret Kitchen in 2013.
Tim is an Nvq level 2 Chef who also holds a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
Tim can offer temporary contracts (up to sous chef level) for as little as one day covering sickness at a very reasonable cost.
